A Court imposing any fine under this Ordinance may direct that the whole or any part thereof shall be applied in or towards (a) payment of the costs of the proceedings; (b) the rewarding of the person on whose information the fine is recovered; or (c) payment to a banking company of compensation for any loss caused by the offence. ...
