Enhanced penalty in certain cases after previous conviction

If any person who has been convicted of any offence punishable under clauses (b) to (g) inclusive of section 60 is again guilty of an offence involving a contravention of the same provision, he shall be punishable on the second conviction with fine which may extend to seven hundred and fifty rupees and shall not be less than one hundred rupees, ...
