Former registration offices, officers, etc., to continue

(1) The offices existing at the commencement of this Act for registration of trade unions shall be continued as if they had been established under this Act. (2) Any person appointed to any office under, or by virtue of the provisions of the repealed Ordinance shall be deemed to have been appointed to that office under or by virtue of this Act. ...
