(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings, shall lie against a Prosecutor in respect of anything done or attempted to be done by him in good faith under this Act. (2) A Prosecutor appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meanings of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV of 1860). ...
