Use of canal water course for conveyance of water from a well or any other source

If water from a well or any other source is conveyed in the same channel as canal water in the canal water in the course of the same season, the whole of the irrigation from that channel during such season is liable be treated as irrigation from the channel during such season is liable to be treated as irrigation from the canal.
